Frequently asked questions
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due on or before your session. I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice and your booking fee can be transferred to a new date. Cancellations will result in the loss of that booking fee. Weather related rescheduling will always be handled with flexibility.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather isn't cooperating, don't worry! I'll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session and we'll decide together what works best. If we need to reschedule due to rain or unsafe weather, your booking fee will transfer to a new date at no additional cost.
Can I customize a session to fit what I am looking for?
Absolutely! Every session is a little different, and I'm happy to work with you to create something that fits what you're envisioning. We can choose a location together, or you're welcome to suggest a special spot of your own. If you need something beyond one of my listed packages, just reach out and we can create a session that works for you!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
You can expect your fully edited gallery within 1-2 weeks after your session. I take my time carefully editing each image to make sure your photos receive the attention they deserve. As soon as your gallery is ready, you'll receive a link where you can easily view and download your photos! Need them a little sooner? Rush editing is available for an additional fee- just let me know when booking!
